Our Services

The Matrix Health Recruitment Framework not only focuses on the need for adequate screening and assessment of clinical competence of the doctor, but also focuses, in collaboration with departments and partners on the successful integration and sustainability of migrant health professionals. To that end, some of the services offered by Matrix Health Recruitment include:

  1. Facilitation of Community Integration: pre-departure briefing on local facilities, housing, education facilities, financial assistance, cultural integration;

  2. Clinical Orientation: Induction and Orientation program with outline of the duties incumbent in the proposed position, the services provided by the hospital and the regional health structure;

  3. Mentoring Period: ensures continued education and assessment following placement.

Matrix continues to support the recruited doctor following successful placement and offers access to ongoing education through Matrix Health Education, in addition to any ongoing education services offered by the health facility. Most importantly, Matrix will continue to remain an advocate for the doctor following successful placement.
